Billing

The ANOM VET accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard for payment.

Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 62 361 723777 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

Call us at 62 361 723777 anytime. One of the doctors in the group is always available for advice or care for true Veterinary emergencies. After office hours, our answering service will take your message and immediately contact one of our doctors. Our telephone number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
